Article 1: The Kingdom of The World and Its Institutions

  1. The Kingdom of the World, also known as the “World Kingdom,” or “Kingdom of God,” or “Kingdom of Justice,” or “Kingdom of Cameroon,” is a global legal order and global governance structure that adheres to its charter and rules, as well as the international rule of law. It is recognized by governments, global justice systems, and international organizations as a legitimate sovereign state and an independent entity, not as an organization. Operating as a multifaceted entity, it comprises 220 member countries, including various empires, kingdoms, sultanates, states, principalities, sovereign entities, United Nation member states and organizations, as well as all global justice systems, law enforcement agencies, security services, armed forces, emergency services, humanitarian aid organizations, fire and ambulance services, cultural and religious practices, and global health, water resources, climate, environment, technology, trade, sector, industry, economic, banking, financial and institutional systems, which are ruled by the “King of the World/King of Justice” or the “Queen of the World/Queen of Justice”.
  2. The ruler of the Kingdom of the World is also recognised as sovereign of an existing country, Cameroon, and reigning as King or Queen of Cameroon. He/She is the supreme power and authority within this independent nation.
  3. The Kingdom of the World is ruled by a monarch, ‘King of the World/ King of Justice’ or ‘Queen of the World/ Queen of Justice’ who exercises considerable authority over the world. This form of monarchy is ruled by a line of succession that determines accession to the throne, which is based on the principle of tradition and absolute genetic selection of blood son or daughter: means that, the son or daughter chosen by the previously reigning “King of the World/ King of Justice” or “Queen of the World/ Queen of Justice” succeeds to the throne. This process is described in the charter and rules. The selection of blood son or daughter for succession to the World Kingdom ensures continuity, tradition, and a connection to the King of the World/King of Justice Evrad Kounchou Kameugne, founder and owner of the World Kingdom or Kingdom of the World or Kingdom of God, who is the divine authority, and King of all creation. Hereditary monarchies provide a sense of historical continuity and connection to the kingdom history, which can be seen as a source of stability, preventing power rivalries between ambitious individuals and potentially mitigating internal conflicts and power struggles within the ruling class. The monarchy system of the World Kingdom allows for the early training of future leaders: children, from an early age, can be educated and prepared for the responsibilities and duties associated with their future role as monarch.
  4. The mandate of the ruler’s authority of The King of the World/ King of Justice or the Queen of the World/ Queen of Justice can refer to the Divine Right of Kings or Queens, also called the Divine Right of Rulers, and the Mandate of Heaven. It asserts that a monarch’s right to rule derives directly from divine authority. The ruler’s authority reigns for life, is not temporary or subject to a specific timeframe. He/ She is not subject to any earthly control or accountability, rendering any revolt against him or her illegitimate and go against God’s will and is empowered to issue international decrees and ordinances and has the force of law in all countries and international jurisdictions. He/ She can override the written laws of all jurisdictions in the world or the constitution of all countries and repeal any international or national law if violated. He/ She is empowered to make treaties and make appointments within the institutions of the World Kingdom. The position of the ruler’s authority encompasses many responsibilities which are listed in the charter and rules.
