The allocation of these funds is invariably authorized by his signed official decree. Queen consort of the World (Wife or wives) and biological children also called prince of the world or princess of the world (HRHW) of the Emperor of the World and of Justice Evrad Kounchou Kameugne (founder and owner), will receive the following benefits and privileges: the acquisition of property, vehicles, police protection and Imperial royal close protection and security from the Kingdom of the World, annual funding to cover the official Imperial royal obligations, known as the Sovereign Grant (Private Amount), funding for a monthly alimony (Private Amount), Spousal support (Private Amount), child care, education and Security (Private Amount), clothing, equipment and furnishings (Private Amount), medical coverage (Private Amount), and funds for the residence including maintenance, electricity, water, energy bills, telephone and Internet (Private Amount), travel expenses (Private Amount) and the catering services of the Imperial Royal Residences. If the heiress (a female heir) ascends the throne as Emperess of the World and of Justice, Emperess of Cameroon, her spouse will bear the title of Prince Consort of the World and will enjoy the same benefits and privileges as a Queen consort of the World; however, the heiress will only be permitted to marry a spouse (Prince Consort of the World). Queen consort of the World, Princes Consort of the World, and children also called prince of the world or princess of the world (HRHW), cannot be named in this Charter or in these Regulations, as there will be many of them throughout the eternal reign, and each will become known to the public through the media upon the official announcement made by the Emperor of the World and of Justice.

The Emperor of the World and of Justice, Evrad Kounchou Kameugne (founder and owner) holds the supreme power, authority, and command necessary in Cameroon to create, abolish, or reform certain departments, agencies, bodies, or functions—whether executive, ministerial, judicial, legislative, municipal, aerospace, humanitarian, emergency, security or defence-related, as well as directorates or secretariats (measures generally implemented via orders, decrees, or restructuring bills)—in order to eliminate duplication, streamline governance, and optimize budgetary efficiency as part of a comprehensive restructuring, as well as to improve transparency, rectify past errors, or update laws; and to abolish the election, office and role of President of Cameroon, so as not to undermine his supreme authority.
