Global Food Security

Global Food Security initiatives

The World Kingdom is committed to reducing the global food crisis and strengthening global food security. Global Food Security initiatives is administered and governed by the “Emperor of the World and Emperor of Justice” or “Empress of the World and Empress of Justice”, in collaboration with Secretariat Council and all heads of state, governments, justice systems, organizations, businesses, entrepreneurs and citizens of all countries. These include:

  • Addressing issues such as the global food crisis and racial disparities within the food system.
  • Advocating for policy reforms, support research, and engage with governments to strengthen food systems and address root causes of food insecurity.
  • Investing in research, innovation, and development projects aimed at improving the productivity, sustainability, and resilience of the agricultural, horticultural, livestock and Fisheries sectors.
  • Establishing international foods standards to develop internationally harmonized standards, guidelines and codes of good practice in the food sector, protect consumer health and ensure fair practices in food trade.
  • Improving supply chains to reduce food loss and better connect food production to consumption centers.
  • Working with organisations to improve food storage and supply chains, reducing food losses and ensuring food reaches markets. Innovating and expanding access to quality learning through free school meals for all children and combat the consumption of unhealthy foods.
  • Fostering research in agri-science, new fertilizers, and digital tools for farming.
  • Working to build resilience against global shocks and promoting domestic production.
  • Covering farming, fisheries, trade, rural affairs, and environmental aspects like soil health and sustainable practices.
  • Linking food production with environmental goals, including biosecurity, water quality, and nature recovery.
  • Empowering communities to take control of their food systems and decide what they grow, consume, and produce.
  • Establishing environmental health teams within local communities, responsible for protecting public health by enforcing safety standards, controlling pollution and regulating housing, food safety and working conditions.
  • Establishing an independent public consumer protection body mandated by the government for food issues is a key approach to ensuring food safety, authenticity, and fair treatment for consumers.
  • Regulating the seafood industry and managing fishing quotas and non-quota fish stocks.
  • Providing small-scale farmers with livestock, seeds, fertilizer, and agricultural training to boost their productivity and income.
  • Working with organizations to offer community meals, free cooking classes, and team-building activities in the kitchen.
  • Focusing on providing immediate food assistance during emergencies and developing long-term solutions to hunger by investing in communities and building resilience.

  • Providing timely, accurate data on the severity and magnitude of food insecurity to inform decision-making.
  • Addressing food insecurity, where people do not regularly have access to sufficient food to lead active and healthy lives, and promote the development of local and sustainable food systems connecting producers and consumers. boost their productivity and income.
  • Ensuring fair trade practices and promoting sustainable and safe food systems.
  • Providing cooking skills and facilities to those facing challenging circumstances, helping them cook healthy, affordable food.
  • Promoting sustainable food production practices that minimize environmental damage and ensure the long-term health of our planet.
  • Promoting climate-smart and nutrition-sensitive farming techniques, including resilient crop varieties and efficient irrigation systems, to help farmers adapt to climate change.
  • Collecting surplus food from retailers and manufacturers and distribute it to people in need.
  • Advocating for policies that promote access to healthy food for all, fair wages, safe working conditions, and respect for workers’ rights within the food system.
  • Promoting farmers’ markets that connect local farmers and consumers, thereby supporting sustainable agriculture and local economies.
  • Improving the food system through healthier diets, reduce the consumption of harmful sugars.
  • Ensuring that residents have access to essential and safe drinking water in the event of a water supply cut-off
  • Supporting food aids organizations and the communities with food parcels, and many other items.
  • Promoting more productive agriculture through provision of significant support to pastoral farmers and fishermen in terms of access to land , agricultural inputs, water control, market organisation.
  • Implementing overarching development and investment policies that encourage food production, including policies on agricultural training, farmer support, strengthening food markets.
  • Improving soil health, water retention and biodiversity.
  • Alleviating the global food crisis by funding food research programs and the food supply chain, and providing food aid to people affected by global food crises.
  • Ensuring fair trade practices, and promoting sustainable and secure food systems through the rule of law.
  • Ensuring that the state conducts border checks on food products is a critical, risk-based function in order to protect public, animal and plant health, as well as maintaining compliance with national legislation.
  • Empowering communities to take control of their food systems and make decisions about what they grow, consume, and how they produce food.
  • Innovating and expanding access to quality learning with free school meals for all children and combat the consumption of unhealthy foods.
  • Establishing nutritional standards for school meals.
  • Working in partnership with organisations to provide community meals, free cooking classes, and kitchen-based team building events.
  • Influencing decision-makers and addressing the cumulative, long-term, direct, indirect and global consequences of the food crisis within international and national organizations worldwide.
  • Combating food insecurity, where people lack consistent access to enough food to live a healthy and active life and promoting the development of local and sustainable food systems that connect producers and consumers.
  • Promoting access to nutritious foods and eating healthier, including by reducing ingredients (e.g. fat) that can be harmful if people eat too much of them.
  • Advocating for policies that reduce the need for emergency food aid.
  • Supporting community food initiatives and partnerships to develop strategies for preventing food insecurity and connecting people to vital services.
  • Requiring companies to implement a safety management system based on the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points in order to identify and control potential hazards.

  • Providing funding and grants to organizations of food security and meals to people on the margins of society.
  • Organizing International Events The “Harmony Festival,” dedicated to promoting peace and humanitarian efforts among nations, will feature cuisine, traditional food, performances, and art from all countries around the world.
  • Improving the productivity, sustainability, and resilience of the agricultural, horticultural, livestock and Fisheries sectors.
  • Providing education on healthy eating, nutrition, and cooking skills to empower people to make better food choices.
  • Ensuring universal access to nutritious, affordable and culturally appropriate food for all, and promote education in food preservation techniques and defend the well-being and safety of people involved in the food production process.
  • Providing cash or vouchers so people can buy food at local markets.
  • Playing a pivotal role in addressing global employment challenges through various initiatives. Central to this mission is the belief that sustainable employment is integral to community development and economic growth.
  • Providing support to governments at all levels to develop better policies for food security.
  • Issuing alerts and recalls of food products in order to remove dangerous products (e.g., undeclared allergens) from the market.
  • Supporting the realization of the right to adequate food through the Voluntary Guidelines.
  • Working across sectors to address risks along the entire food chain, from production to consumption and providing independent scientific assessments of food risks through bodies.
  • Emphasizing food safety as a public health priority and monitoring the prevalence of foodborne illnesses, and providing the scientific basis for safety standards.
  • Evaluating potential suppliers and ensure they meet required standards and Negotiating favourable terms with suppliers and Ensuring efficient and transparent use of public funds and compliance with public procurement regulations and best practices.
  • Participating in job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling and recruiting and placing engineers and professionals.
  • Managing public contracts and ensure efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensuring that procurement and contracts are in line with policy objectives, offer good value for money and comply with legal and regulatory frameworks to prevent fraud.
  • Protecting the rights of individuals, animals, and the environment, and supporting victims of abuse and crime.
  • The “Emperor of the World and Emperor of Justice” or “Empress of the World and Empress of Justice” may order at any time a global audit and investigations of the Fund or poor governance of its establishments to clarify governance issues. The announced objective is to shed light on governance within its institutions. The overall audit and investigations could lead to structural reforms and new governance, to assure citizens around the world the proper use of public resources. The World Kingdom intends to strengthen public control, transparency and the effectiveness of its institutions
