- Providing support to governments at all levels to develop better policies, plans, and designs for more inclusive and better-connected cities.
- Assisting all countries in real estate construction, urban planning and the construction of new cities, smart cities, buildings, roads, bridges, common areas, parking lots, public transport, economic development, shopping centers, offices, retail stores, industries, leisure facilities, stadiums, aquatic centers, gymnasiums, sports and recreational facilities, libraries, water resource infrastructure, government institutions and others.
- Participating in the construction and supply of raw materials. This generally involves the sourcing, supply, and management of materials used in production and construction.
- Ensuring the establishment of mortgage lending system in all countries. This allows individuals to enjoy the benefits of homeownership without having to pay the full purchase price upfront. Mortgages make the dream of homeownership achievable for millions of people by spreading the cost of a property over several years and providing a sense of stability that renting cannot.
- Supporting community development and providing financial assistance, World Kingdom tax-backed loans through various programs aimed at contributing to the development and expansion of infrastructure in urban areas.
- Connecting clients with property developers, businesses, contractors, construction companies and suppliers.
- Promoting good urban planning practices to create attractive, high-quality, and sustainable places to live, work, and relax. This includes initiatives such as the “Urban Design in the Planning System – Towards Better Practice” guide, which encourages better design and thinking about the built environment.
- Supporting initiatives that create jobs and boost regional prosperity and plays a role in developing national urban policies that provide a comprehensive framework for addressing urban development challenges.
- Supporting the implementation of urban and construction policies in countries facing the most significant urban challenges or at the request of a government. These policies will contribute to the following objectives: equitable development of public infrastructure; allocation of essential resources; environmental threats; good governance; health and safety; and the fight against slums.
- Ensuring that the benefits of urban growth are shared by all residents, including those in disadvantaged communities, and highlights the importance of managing resources and waste sustainably,
- Improving access to green spaces and building resilient infrastructure to withstand the impacts of climate change.
- Supporting the real estate and urban development sectors through financial assistance, loans, grants, and subsidies.
- Providing expertise in areas such as investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructuring and assistance with risk management frameworks, helping banks identify, assess, and mitigate various risks, such as credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
- Ensuring that in all countries, Tenants are not required to pay council tax or property tax when they rent the entire property to an individual or family, or tenants in common. Any tax burden should be borne by the current registered owner of the property.
- Ensuring that buildings are constructed in a way that prevents fires, primarily through a comprehensive system of laws, building regulations, and enforcement agencies. These measures mandate specific design features, the use of particular materials, and ongoing management protocols to protect lives and property.

- Providing assistance with trade agreements to navigate international trade rules, particularly when importing or exporting materials or services. This may involve understanding and complying with regulations, seeking preferential treatment under trade agreements, and potentially helping companies bid on international construction projects.

- Provide tools and systems to manage client interactions and track progress, effectively showcase properties through virtual tours, high-quality photos, and compelling descriptions, identify and reach target audiences with relevant information, track and analyze marketing efforts to identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop the skills and knowledge needed to effectively market and sell properties.
- Promoting inclusive and affordable housing by supporting governments in implementing sector reforms and policies.
- Highlighting the need for effective policies to combat homelessness and improve support for those experiencing it. Setting global standards for sustainable and responsible investment.
- Addressing the complexities of human settlements and urbanization
- The “Emperor of the World and Emperor of Justice” or “Empress of the World and Empress of Justice” may order at any time a global audit and investigations of the Fund or poor governance of its establishments to clarify governance issues. The announced objective is to shed light on governance within its institutions. The overall audit and investigations could lead to structural reforms and new governance, to assure citizens around the world the proper use of public resources. The World Kingdom intends to strengthen public control, transparency and the effectiveness of its institutions
