The “Emperor of the World and Emperor of Justice” Evrad Kounchou Kameugne stated, “As sovereign and guardian of all cultural heritage, I must show the world the importance of my cultural heritage and encourage everyone to do the same. The value of cultural heritage shapes identity, promotes well-being and generates economic benefits such as tourism and job creation. Being an exemplary leader means leading by example, demonstrating the behaviours, values, and work ethics you expect from others to enhance their cultural identities.
