He constitutes a fundamental constitutional principle that guarantees the supremacy of the International Rule of Law, requiring all persons, institutions, and entities—public and private—worldwide, including states, governments, senates, congresses, national assemblies, parliaments, legislative bodies, and global and continental intergovernmental organizations, to respect and enforce them. The foundation of the Kingdom of the World, also known as the Empire of Cameroon, is based on the Right to Cultural identity (of Cameroonian Bamileke origin) of its founder and owner, “Emperor of the World and of Justice” Evrad Kounchou Kameugne, and of his hereditary line of successors in accordance with the conditions of succession stipulated in its charter and rules or the international rule of law.
